Do you offer exclusive-use hire for corporate and retreat groups?
Yes. Mid‑week corporate and retreat bookings can enjoy exclusive use of the entire Guest House, including all 14 ensuite accommodation rooms if required, conference spaces, lounges, dining areas, courtyards and gardens. Your group will have complete privacy throughout your stay. This is subject to availability and complimentary for groups of 10 or more delegates.
What is the maximum number of delegates you can accommodate?
For single occupancy accommodation, we can host up to 14 delegates, each with their own private ensuite. Larger groups may be possible depending on room‑sharing arrangements as well as utilising additional nearby accommodation if required – please contact us to discuss your needs.
What conference facilities are available?
Our conference room includes a large Smart TV with HDMI connectivity, whiteboard, flip-charts, Wi‑Fi, flexible seating layouts, breakout lounges, outdoor spaces and multiple fireplaces. Additional equipment can be arranged on request.
Do you provide catering for corporate retreats?
Yes. We offer executive catering options including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Our licensed dining room and bar are available exclusively to your group during your stay. All meals are prepared in-house by our own chef and can be tailored to your group’s specific dietary requirements.
Can we use the lounges, gardens and common areas for breakout sessions?
Absolutely. Your group has full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, including lounges, verandas, courtyards and gardens – ideal for breakout discussions, team-building activities or relaxation.
Is accommodation included in the conference package?
Yes. Accommodation is included in exclusive-use bookings. We have 14 individual rooms, each with private ensuite, air‑conditioning and comfortable bedding.
Do you offer team-building or group activity recommendations?
Yes. We can suggest a range of local activities in Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands, including bushwalks, cycling, wine experiences and creative workshops. We’re happy to help tailor your retreat.
Can we book the venue for evening events or celebrations?
Yes. The Guest House is available for corporate dinners, celebrations and end‑of‑year events. Our dining room and bar can be reserved exclusively for your group. Add a unique twist with a hosted Murder Mystery dinner – the very activity our house inspired decades ago!
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. We offer on-site parking with private access for your group during exclusive-use bookings.
