Reception hours:
8:30am to 5:00pm

Check-in:
2:00pm to 5:00pm (early check-in at additional cost, when available)

Check-out:
8:00am to 10:00am (late check-out at additional cost, when available)

Breakfast:
Served between 8.00am and 9.30am. Healthy Continental breakfast.
Please advise of any special dietary requirements.

Covid 19:

We reserve the right to not accept guests who present with Flu-like symptoms. In the interest of the safety of our staff and guests, it is a requirement that all guests are fully vaccinated. On arrival at the Guest House, we will need to confirm with you, and all other guests included in the reservation, that you have been vaccinated. Temperature checks may also be performed at check-in. Please refer to the Covid-19 page on our website for further details

Dining Room:

The Dining Room Licenced Restaurant is open to in-house Guests most evenings, where we offer our In House Dining menu. Please note that pre-bookings are essential and we ask Guest to contact us prior to arrival to book. Please refer to the Dining Page on our web site for further details

Children and Beds:
Children of any age are welcome at the Guest House, however we are limited with rooms that can accommodate children under the age of 12 years. Trundle beds are available on request. Cots are not provided. Please call to discuss your requirements. 02 4883 6372

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed.

Quiet hours:
Guests must be quiet between 10.00pm and 08:00am.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Room Rates:
Prices subject to change & include GST

Damage:
Damage or excessive soiling will be charged to your credit card or by cash payment

Visitors:
For the comfort of all guests, no visitors are permitted entry to The Bundanoon Guest House without consent.

Payment:
Prices are subject to change & include GST.

A deposit of $100 per room is required for bookings made directly with the Guest House or via the web site, to be paid at the time of booking.

A deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required for bookings made via third party booking sites, to be paid at the time of booking.

Balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation:

Full payment for rooms will be taken if no cancellations are made and confirmed.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival and any deposits paid will be refunded.

For guests who have booked a stay between 25th March 2020 and 3oth June 2022, and need to cancel the reservation due to Covid 19 restrictions and government guidelines, you will have the opportunity to cancel and postpone your booking with a credit which can be used within 1 year of your planned arrival date.
